Model artefacts
Uploaded model files, weights, and associated metadata are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. After this period, artefacts are deleted from primary and warm storage. If you wish to retain artefacts beyond this window, contact us before the expiry date to arrange renewal. Enterprise customers with custom contracts may negotiate alternative schedules.
Evaluation outputs
Run scores, metric breakdowns, and latency distributions are retained indefinitely. These records are necessary to maintain the integrity of the public leaderboard, to support replay audits, and to allow historical comparison across benchmark versions. Evaluation outputs cannot be deleted on request because removing them would compromise the consistency and trustworthiness of the leaderboard record.
Run logs
Raw execution logs — including inference traces, error outputs, and timing telemetry — are retained for 12 months. These logs are used for debugging evaluation failures and resolving disputes about submitted results. After 12 months, logs are purged automatically.
Account data
Profile information, API credentials, and account preferences are retained for the duration of your account. On account deletion, this data is removed within 30 days. Submission records associated with your account are handled separately according to the schedules above.
Billing records
Invoices, payment history, and related financial records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK accounting and tax obligations. These records cannot be deleted on request.

Requesting deletion
To request deletion of model artefacts or run logs, email [email protected] with the subject line Artefact deletion request and include the submission IDs you wish to have removed. Requests are processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Enterprise contracts
Enterprise customers may negotiate custom data retention schedules, including shorter artefact windows and extended log retention for internal compliance requirements. Single-tenant storage in a dedicated R2 bucket is available on request. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for organisations that require one as part of vendor onboarding. Backup retention
Automated backups of platform data may persist for up to 30 days beyond the point at which a deletion request is processed. This is an artefact of our backup rotation schedule and does not represent active retention of the data. Backups are encrypted at rest and are not accessible except in the event of a recovery operation.
